Job Title: Rig Manager Onshore

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide onshore expertise and leadership to ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with company requirements and carried out in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner with the utmost consideration to our customers' needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Degree or equivalent offshore operational experience, IWCF Well Control Surface and Sub Sea (Supervisor Level 4).
• OPITO Assessor and Verifier qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Rig Manager role, experienced in offshore drilling operations on an operational moored semi-submersible drilling vessel.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in all aspects of drilling, well control, maintenance, and marine operations
• Strong understanding and commitment to Company HSE policies and procedures;
• Strong understanding of administrative aspects of the business such as finance and accounting, legal and compliance, HR, and supply chain.
• Fluent English communication skills (both oral and written).
