Job Title: Operations Officer Trainee

Location: Mowe, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field; M.Sc/MBA is a plus
• 6 months to 1 year working experience as operation officer in a reputable firm
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to ensure that all operational requirement in the plant is catered for.

Remuneration

• N70,000 Monthly Net.
