Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

• The Field Sales Representative is required to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
• As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
• Manage products by collecting purchase orders, checking products positioning on shelves, checking stock-level and following up on payments with customers.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Manage merchandising, exhibitions, events and programs across territory
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and insights to the Sales team Lead on all activities and efforts.

Requirements

• Qualifications: OND / HND / B.Sc
• Must possess minimum of 2-3 years FIELD SALES experience
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations as a field sales rep
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to negotiate and close sales
• Ability to meet target
• Reporting skills
• FMCG experience is required.

Salary
N80,000 / monthly.
