Job Summary

• Farm Supervisor will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our farming activities.
• You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising farm tasks, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and maintaining a productive and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Farm Operations: Oversee day-to-day farming activities, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and crop maintenance.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate the work of farm workers and laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Resource Allocation: Manage equipment, tools, and resources to maximize productivity while minimizing waste.
• Quality Control: Monitor crop health, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure the highest quality yield.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all farm personnel.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of farming activities, including planting schedules, yields, and inventory.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the farm budget, including tracking expenses and cost-effective resource utilization.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that farm machinery and equipment are well-maintained and in working order.
• Sustainability Practices: Promote and implement sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1+ years relevant work experience.
