Job Title: Security Personnel

Locations: Lagos & Ogun

Job Summary

• As Security Personnel, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our agricultural operations, employees, and valuable assets.
• You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, enforcing security protocols, and responding to security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Patrol: Conduct regular security patrols within and around the agricultural facilities to deter and detect any unauthorized activity.
• Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors enter.
• Surveillance: Utilize surveillance systems to monitor activities across the agricultural site, reporting any suspicious or irregular behavior.
• Asset Protection: Safeguard valuable agricultural equipment, machinery, and other assets from theft, vandalism, or damage.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security-related incidents, including alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, and take appropriate action.
• Incident Reporting: Document all security incidents, prepare incident reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Communication: Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures, and assist in the development and improvement of security protocols.
• Visitor Management: Verify the identity of visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure they are accompanied or directed as required.
• Safety Equipment: Inspect and maintain security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarms.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess SSCE / OND qualifications with 1+ years relevant work experience.
