Job Summary

• As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and management of our agricultural supply store.
• You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of agricultural products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, which include local farmers and agricultural businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of agricultural supplies, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment, to meet customer demand.
• Customer Service: Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, addressing their agricultural needs and concerns.
• Sales: Promote and sell agricultural products, effectively upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and follow company policies.
• Store Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track sales and expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies.
• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with agricultural product suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
• Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on store performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1+ years relevant work experience.
