Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.Net)

Location: Obanikoro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• The Software Developer is generally responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new or modified software products, programs, and features or ongoing business projects.

Key Deliverables

• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
• Directing system testing and validation procedures
• Assess risks and impacts on the existing system as new functionality is added
• Extend technical support during preparation, installation, and system maintenance to cross-functional teams.
• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Foster software development best practices
• Prepare reports periodically on projects status;
• Other organizational assigned duties (where necessary).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related Degree.
• 1-2 Years of Experience (TRAINEE ROLE) & 3-5 years of Experience (MID LEVEL)
• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
• Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
• Deep programming language knowledge of ASP.NET Core / MVC, SQL Server, Adobe XD, Java Script, mobile frameworks such as ionic, flutter, and other web tools and frameworks;
• Good knowledge of React Native will be an added advantage
• Good command of SQL programming constructs and database design
• Creativity is always a plus.
• Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
• The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
• Skills to excel on the job include communication, Interpersonal, Problem-solving, Critical thinking, Teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, strong work ethics, punctuality, and ability to quickly respond to changes.
