Job Description
- Management of drilling, testing and completion operations in extended reach and horizontal wells in offshore environment, development of executable drilling programs and montages, safe operating procedures, management of rig and service companies and contracts, mobilization and demobilization of services to optimize cost, implementation of Company's systems and policies and ensure adherence, day to day management of operations, well control policies and procedures, achieving the KPl's and deliver wells within time and budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in the industry and at least 5 years as Drilling Superintendent and relevant experience
- Minimum qualification: Engineering degree or HND.
