Rite Place Synergy Limited is a leading Consultancy with a focus on water treatment solutions, business development, healthcare, public health, pharmaceutical, and humanitarian sectors, offering a diverse range of consultancy services on product development, project management, financial management, human resource formulation, office admin documentation, professional corporate training and brand representation in Africa and Beyond. Primarily the Company engages in the sales of a novel Water Treatment System, anchored on its objective to alleviate water-related diseases.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development/Project Officer to join our team and contribute to our success.
  • As a Business Development/Project Officer at Rite Place, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of client projects. You will work closely with our General Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project resources, tasks, and schedules.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • PMP or CAPM certification (optional but a plus).
  • Knowledge of Business plan development, Proposal writing, and experience working with/Volunteering for an NGO is an added advantage.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
