Job Description
- As the Lounge and Night Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our upscale lounge and night club.
- You will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience, and that the venue runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the lounge and night club's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure that the venue is compliant with all local regulations and safety standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during operating hours.
- Train, and supervise a team of bartenders, servers, security personnel, and other staff members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Ensure that the lounge and night club provide a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and entertainment to enhance the overall experience.
- Develop and manage the venue's budget, including revenue and cost control measures.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability, making data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue through upselling and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess B.Sc / M.Sc Degrees with 5+ years relevant work experience.
