Job Description
- The COO is responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective and that the proper management of resources, delivery of top quality services to customers and delivery of returns to the company shareholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of an Engineering Degree with at least 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience in both the Operator (E&P) and Service sectors of the Oilfield is mandatory.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Extensive knowledge of project management, technical and operational expertise.
- QHSE, risk assessment arid mitigation, cost and budget control and experience in working with multi-nationalities.
- Prior executive level managerial experience for at least 5 years
