Job Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and present our products/services persuasively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification.
• Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• A strong desire to achieve sales targets and thrive in a competitive environment.
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N70,000 / Month.
