YettySpeaks Confectionery Solutions is the parent company for Frozen Desserts like Frozen Custard and Soft Ice CreamWe started operations in December 2022, following the successful certification of our products by Nigeria’s National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control(NAFDAC).

We are a medium size company with an operating staff of 10 from our current location in Oregun in Ikeja, Lagos. Our aim is to produce and spread Quality Desserts that all spectrums and classes of people can enjoy collectively. We are a fully owned Nigerian based company with international influences and partners. We are registered under Nigeria’s Consumer Affairs Commission (CAC). We are also trademarked under Trademark, Patents & Design Registry, The Commercial Law Department under the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment.

Job Title: Ice Cream Production Worker

Job Description

• An Ice Cream Production line worker is responsible for operating, cleaning, and providing general maintenance and upkeep for a variety of equipment. These functions include a variety of duties and responsibilities that are directly, or indirectly, linked to the safest production of the highest quality ice cream products possible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality product by performing all required procedures, quality checks and documentation to meet specifications
• Measure and monitor critical control points and make appropriate process changes to keep process running in control
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment
• Communicate with upstream and downstream operations to maintain process flow and prevent production disruptions
• Disassemble, clean/sanitize and reassemble all required equipment
• Maintain line housekeeping and sanitation including performing CIP/COP hookups
• Set up, maintain, monitor, and adjust equipment as necessary to maintain product, quality, and safety specifications
• Conduct required quality checks on product.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE certificate with 0-2 years experience.

Salary
N27,000 - N30,000 / Month.
