YettySpeaks Confectionery Solutions is the parent company for Frozen Desserts like Frozen Custard and Soft Ice CreamWe started operations in December 2022, following the successful certification of our products by Nigeria’s National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

We are a medium size company with an operating staff of 10 from our current location in Oregun in Ikeja, Lagos. Our aim is to produce and spread Quality Desserts that all spectrums and classes of people can enjoy collectively. We are a fully owned Nigerian based company with international influences and partners. We are registered under Nigeria’s Consumer Affairs Commission (CAC). We are also trademarked under Trademark, Patents & Design Registry, The Commercial Law Department under the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Marketers are responsible for working with other marketing staff to develop unique campaign ideas to market a company’s products, services or overall brand identity.
• Setup of vendor accounts and negotiate business trading terms with key customers
• Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively
• Communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales
• Be the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
• Selling products to prospective supermarket customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE certificate
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in ice cream/dairy category is a plus
• Previous experience in Food Service channel (hotel, restaurants, and cafes) is a plus
• Good in computer skills (MS Office Suite etc.)
• Tech Savvy on social media platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently with initiative

Remuneration
Salary will commensurate with experience
