Job Title: Brands and Communications Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy and positioning that align with the company's values, goals, and target audience.
  • Define brand guidelines, including brand identity, visual elements, and tone of voice and messaging to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning.
  • Implement and manage brand consistency across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, such as logos, taglines, and brand collaterals.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, print materials, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the brand strategy.
  • Develop a content calendar and lead the creation of content that resonates with the target audience, showcasing the company's expertise and offerings.
  • Monitor social media trends and respond to user interactions, maintaining a strong online presence and building a community around the brand.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of branding and communication initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualification/Experience

  • B.Sc Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in brand management, communications, or marketing roles, preferably within the real estate or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Experience with media relations, public relations, and event management.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools and software for content creation, social media management, and data analysis.
