Job Title: Growth Associate

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for

• A solid Growth Associate to highlight how easy it is to find and finance constant energy.
• You’ll create the framework and the content to introduce the world to our services and to help guide them every step of the way.
• You will identify, develop, and execute strategies to fuel our growth and expand our reach to those who urgently need energy upgrades.
• You are excited about joining a driven, innovative team of customer-focused professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and lead on execution to increase brand awareness
• Improve our customer acquisition and success
• Analyse data to establish avenues for growth and collaborate cross-functionally
• Create and manage social media content, and campaigns & periodically report on KPIs. Experience with Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn is required; experience with Tiktok is a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR 4+ years experience in communications or growth-related roles
• Excellent communication, organisation, and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media ads)
• Ability to effectively work remotely
• Strong preference for candidates with a PR or social media management background
• Bonus points if you are demonstrably self-motivated, ambitious, a creative thinker and have a passion for clean energy.
