- This project requires the skills of an experienced “Lead Piping Engineer” for the FEED of a “Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP)”.
The selected candidate must have experience in providing the following deliverables:
- Greenfield Conceptual, FEED and DED Projects for CCPP
- Greenfield Conceptual, FEED and DED Projects for Oil & Gas Facilities
The “Lead Piping Engineer” is responsible for the preparation and delivery of the items listed below:
- Site Visit /Report
- Piping Design Basis
- 3D Models
- Pipe Wall Thickness Calculations
- PDMS Procedure
- Pipe Stress Philosophy
- Overall Plot Plan
- Facility/Equipment Layout Studie
- Piping General Arrangement Drawings, Plan and Elevation - Vessel & Pumps.
- Piping General Arrangement Drawings, Plan and Elevation - Flare KO Drums and Pumps
- Piping General Arrangement Drawings, Plan and Elevation - In-Plot Piping
- Piperack Piping Layout
- Equipment Layout, Plan and Elevation - Fuel Gas System
- Piping General Arrangement - Fuel Gas System
- Equipment Layout, Plan and Elevation – Storage Tanks
- Piping Bulk MTO
- Valves MTO
- Specialty Items MTO
- Piping Tie-in Schedule
