Job Title: Logistics / Operations Officer

Job Description

• Ability to thrive in business and be proactive
• Responsible for day-to-day activities operation of the business
• Ensure Customer Complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly
• Develop and Implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Set Operational goals to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Manage procurement processes
• Ensure that Operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timeliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and serves as a resource to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate logistics for deliveries, tracking of shipments on regular basis
• Manage supplies and deliveries of item to customers according to their order
• Prepare and coordinate necessary reports and records, such as inventory, shipments and purchase orders
• Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
• Manage Operations, including shipping and receiving inventory, order processing and circle count
• Maintain accurate records of document, ensuring that they are properly filed and archived.

Requirements

• Must have B.Sc / HND in any Social Science Course
• Must have 5 - 6 years work experience as a Logistics / Operations Officer.
