Job Title: Software Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensures the prompt resolution of client software issues of moderate complexity through data analysis and functional troubleshooting.
• This process employs various development tools, adheres to best-practice communication, coordinates team testing efforts, and utilizes available tools for issue resolution.
• The significance of software support lies in its role in providing answers to software-related queries, delivering updates, and addressing software bugs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-5 years experience.
• Thorough understanding of software products and services for clients.
• Proficiency in database management, including the utilization of Structural Query Language scripts for CRUD operations and more.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word for documentation and reporting, Excel for data analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Capability to analyse business logic effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Aptitude for quickly acquiring knowledge about new tools and concepts.
• Proficiency in marketing and idea development.

Additional Advantages:

• Proficiency in HTML & CSS, ASP.Net and Blazor Framework, GIT, and UI/UX.
• Strong skills in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Effective communication skills.
