Job Description
- Clean and sterilize equipment and the work area.
- Collect and prepare the research and information needed for the studies.
- Classify and label samples.
- Prepare samples for testing using various laboratory equipment.
- Maintain all laboratory records.
- Maintain the work area and equipment
- Provide administrative assistance
- Research relevant topics and gather information/data
- Adhere to correct procedures, policies, and health/safety guidelines
- Manage the biology, physics, and chemistry lab.
Requirements
- OND in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or a related field
- Proven working experience as a Lab Assistant
- Familiarity with automated laboratory equipment
- Accuracy and close attention to detail
- Strong analytical judgement.
