Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Successful applicant will be responsible for managing employees and for planning, marketing, coordinating and administering services such as catering and accommodation facilities of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
Requirements
- Minimum of first degree in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline.
- 5 years cognate experience.
