Job Description
- Determine training needs of staff
- Develop a schedule to assess training plan
- Ensure the highest levels of standard in service and operations are followed in accordance to the company’s policy.
- Ensure everyone is following the company processes and system
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Conduct tests and keep data of its results
- Maintain a data of all training sessions
- Instruct employee training and onboarding
- Review employee performance and learning
- Develop personal and staff skills to meet the market needs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
