We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Enterprise Business Analyst

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Responsible for documentation of SOPs, CRs, Role matrices
• Responsible for preparation of Job Cards, User Manuals for use at Business Offices
• Organizational Change Management
• Responsible for design, schedule, and delivery of End User Training courses

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related qualifications.
• Professional certificate would be an added advantage
• Must have 7-10 years of Banking systems and procedures.
• Good understanding Business Change Management within the banking sector
• Proven experiences in Banking Operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
