Job Title: Production Officer
Locations: Abia and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material preparation to packaging.
- Ensure that all production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain high quality standards for all products.
- Maintain management approved waste level
- Maintain strict compliance to Safety in the production lines.
- Effective utilization and management of the production team and workforce.
- Identify and implement production improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production problems.
Qualifications
- B.Sc, B.Tech or HND in Food Science and Technology, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a frelated role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
