Job Description
- We are seeking to hire a bright, highly resourceful Client Service Manager who will double as a customer relationship manager as well as a social media content/community manager.
- This role will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring customer/client satisfaction, account management, and community development across its social/digital channels.
- The ideal candidate for this role must be a highly resourceful individual who is able to engage and hold conversations with HNIs and manage operations efficiently and must be very digitally savvy and a social media enthusiast.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Responsible for managing walk-in and online customers as well as business inquiries across digital channels
- Offer advice to clients/customers on services and products
- Deal with client requests and complaints for support and resolution
- Manage engagement across the social and digital channels/community
- Assist in the on boarding process of new client accounts
- Assist operations team leader with clients’ orders and bookings
- Communicate operational issues back to the business to drive change Monitor and measure client satisfaction to drive or improve sales.
Requirements
- HND / BSc. in Communication / Social Sciences / Business Management or any relevant discipline from a reputable institution
- 3+ years in a client service / customer relationship in a highly structure organisation and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in social media content / marketing skills
- Calm, polite, and professional behaviour
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills and good team player
- Fast learner and ability to thrive under pressure.
Benefits
- Compensation: PAY ranges BTW N100,000.00 - N150,000.00 monthly + other benefits.
