Job Brief

• We are looking to hire a skilled Key Account Manager ready to manage all aspects of our merchandising operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Incorporate plans, procedures, and strategies into daily operations
• Manage and evaluate merchandise assortment and research sales potential
• Maintain accurate merchandise inventories, identify and qualify out-of-stock items
• Negotiating the costs of stock for multiple stores
• Preparing annual and quarterly budgets, and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders.
• Tracking inventory movement and systematically introducing promotions, sales, and price changes.
• Identifying trends and monitoring supply and demand
• Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field
• Proven experience as a critical account officer
• Knowledge of market trends and principles
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
