Job Title: Female B2B Senior Sales Officer
Location: Agbara, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and generating new leads until they are engaged.
- Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the company proposition
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Facilitate communication with assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new leads and gather the necessary information for submissions
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information
- Attend and actively participate in regular sales meetings
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Maintaining ongoing account management
- Achieving sales targets
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years B2B combined inside and outside sales experience;
- Prior experience in B2B sales desired. (Female preferred)
- Ability to navigate basics of office suite (word/outlook/excel)
- Interest in the financial markets.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic CRM platforms
- Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven track-record of closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate.
Remuneration
N250,000 Monthly.
