Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Officer
Location: Enugu

Job Description
- Act as the organizational receptionist, greets and directs clients and visitors
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, communications to appropriate departments/parties as necessary
- Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
- Answer and respond to organization phone calls, and replying to emails.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies ordering new supplies as needed and making purchases.
- Systematically filing important company documents and performing data entry.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Assist with office management and organization processes.
Requriements
- Qualification: B.Sc / HND in Social Science or related courses
- Experience: 2-5 years experience as a receptionist or Admin officer in the manufacturing industry.
