Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts Facility Checks on all Reserved Rooms to ensure excellent guest service
- Monitors and coordinates activities between all key service Departments
- Supervises the quality of customer service Delivery
- Implements urgent guest demands on check-in
- Responsible for overall operations of the hotel in collaboration with HODS and GM
- Ensures SOP is maintained to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Monitors the Generators and vital heavy equipments in collaboration with Maintenance Department HOD
Job Requirements
- First Degree in Hospitality or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Very Disciplined. Male candidate is more preferred.
- Minimum age requirement is 30 years old (Must not be younger than 30 years)
- Smart Grooming to meet Hospitality Standard.
