We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales / Marketer

Location: Ikeja and its Environment, Lagos

Requirements

• Must have OND, or B.Sc
• Preferrably female within 20-28 years with 1-3 years in the same or similar role
• Good Appreance and excellent communication skill
• Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes
• Providing information to customers as regard company's good and service
• Monitoring sales performance online and improve on customers visitation to onboarding order
• Closing sales deals and ensure customer retention
• Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
• Updating customer details.on company's database
• Call out to different prospects, ensure highly of conversion rate of prospects to paying/buying customer.
