Job Description
- Technical manager experienced in NDT & Heat Treatment Services (Nigerian).
Job Requirement
- B.Sc. Engineering with a second class lower (minimum) and 10 years minimum cognate experience in relevant position
Other Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the main techniques for nondestructive testing, at a minimum RT-UT-MT-PT and the equipment used.
- Knowledge of the principles of radioprotection.
- Experience and technical knowledge of the various types of heat treatments.
- A deep knowledge of the ASME Code Sect.V / Sect. VIII /Sect.IX, familiarity with the major international standards such as ISO / EN / BS / AD MERKBLATTER / DNV etc.
- Capacity in the interpretation of weld defects according of the codes and specifications applicable.
- Good knowledge of welding processes SAW-SMAW-GTAW-FCAW.
- Good knowledge of metallurgical processes and diagrams IRON-CARBON & SCHAEFFLER DELONG.
- Ability to interact with customers to propose the best possible service.
