- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Excellent administrative, organisational, time-management, and general reception skills.
- A confident, clear, and calm communicator.
- The ability to use your initiative.
- Phone and front desk reception.
- Database & records management.
- Customer service.
- Accurate relaying of messages
