Job Description
- Manage client interactions and inquiries with a focus on providing satisfactory responses.
- Facilitate communication between clients and various internal departments.
- Maintain client records and update relevant information as needed.
- Support the resolution of client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a PhDs / Doctorates qualification with 2 - 8 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 / month.
