We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Success Lead

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the onboarding process
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns or issues
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering any questions they may have and providing guidance as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the company’s services
• Prepare and deliver reports on client success metrics and progress
• Visit clients at their office locations to provide in-person support and build strong relationships
• Utilize Google Suite and WhatsApp to communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / First Degrees
• 5 - 7 years of experience in a client success or similar role
• Proficiency in Google Suite and WhatsApp
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong reporting and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
