Job Title: Laundry Personnel

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a laundry personnel who will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items are clean and ready for use by guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and wash all hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items according to established procedures
• Dry, fold, and store all laundered items in a neat and organized manner
• Inspect all laundered items for stains, tears, or other damage before returning them to circulation
• Maintain inventory of all laundry supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or maintenance issues to management
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure that all laundry areas are clean and organized at all times
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions

• The hotel laundry personnel will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and staff. They may be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.
• The position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions.
