Job Title: Learning and Development Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Description
- Create, coordinate, and execute learning strategies and programs aimed at educating and enhancing performance for organizational success.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Implement various learning methods company-wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver effective learning courses, workshops, and other training.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career bathing
- Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing our employees by helping them advance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- First Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in HR, especially in Learning & Development.
- Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, SHRM, HRCI is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - 300,000 Net + HMO, Pension and 13th Month.
