We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Officer
Locations: Akowonjo, Surulere, Mushin and Victoria Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and potential customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Receive and process customer orders
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Foster trust and loyalty through regular communication and personalized service.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed records of sales activities, sales reports to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines, credit policies, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a good WASCE/NECO or OND. HND/BSc in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a wholesale or distribution setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the products being sold and the ability to convey technical information to customers.
