We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Wholesale Pharmacy Chain)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Successful candidate key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating and driving sales and revenue growth across all branches through improving markets;
  • Identifying growth opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders as well as to lead and motivate a sales and marketing team by providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B Pharm or equivalent qualification in Business or Marketing or related fields. An MBA will give you an advantage
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail pharmacy sector, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
