Job Description
Successful candidate key responsibilities include:
- Consolidating and driving sales and revenue growth across all branches through improving markets;
- Identifying growth opportunities;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders as well as to lead and motivate a sales and marketing team by providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B Pharm or equivalent qualification in Business or Marketing or related fields. An MBA will give you an advantage
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail pharmacy sector, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
