Role Summary/Purpose:     
The role of Global Mobility Services Leader will provide support for Global Mobility Services (GMS) across Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA). The successful candidate will be the strategic point of contact within the region to keep a pulse of GMS specific business needs and maintain effective working relationships with businesses and suppliers to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:     
  • Effective champion of GMS programs/processes in SSA to ensure compliance (GE policies, tax, immigration, and legal) and service excellence.
  • Work across geographic & organizational boundaries in matrix environment to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of GMS and related processes.
  • Act as the point of contact for expatriates working in SSA.
  • Serve as escalation point for regional suppliers, ETMs and businesses to insure service excellence.
  • Develop strong day-to-day relationship with ETMs to ensure “wing-to-wing” delivery.
  • Provide regional supplier management; measure vendors and develop/maintain service level agreements to ensure performance.
  • Liaise with business teams to support regional business initiatives as related to global mobility.
  • Own "Voice of Customer" for expatriates (and families) and business clients; be ambassador" for Global Mobility Services.
  • Lead process improvements and implement new GMS services.
Qualifications/Requirements:     
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent University Degree.
  • Process improvement & quality experience with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor.
  • Proven ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Proven experience building positive relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Availability to travel within and outside of Sub Saharan Africa.
  • Strong and effective English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Additional Eligibility Qualifications:    
Desired Characteristics:     
  • Honours or Master’s Degree; Advanced University Degree.
  • Six Sigma certification; Change Acceleration Process (CAP) experience.
  • Experience in expatriate management; Human Resources experience.
  • Supplier Management Experience; finance experience.
