Job Description

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Driver will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to hotel guests and staff.
• The Hotel Driver will operate the hotel's vehicles, maintain them in good condition, and ensure that they are clean and presentable at all times.
• The Hotel Driver will work closely with the Manager to ensure that transportation services are provided in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient transportation services to hotel guests and staff.
• Operate the hotel's vehicles, including cars, vans, and buses, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintain the vehicles in good condition, including regular cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure that the vehicles are properly fueled and that all necessary supplies are available.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests using the transportation services.
• Maintain accurate records of all trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger information.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations, and ensure that passengers wear seat belts at all times.
• Communicate with the Manager about any issues or concerns related to transportation services.
• Attend training sessions to maintain certification in defensive driving and other relevant skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items, such as luggage.

Working Conditions:

• The Hotel Driver will work outdoors and indoors, depending on the needs of the hotel.
• The position may require standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
• The position may also require working weekends and holidays as needed to support hotel operations.
• The Hotel Driver may be required to work in inclement weather conditions..
