Job Title: Head Cashier

Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Supervises and lead a team of cashiers,
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,
• Scan and bag merchandise for customers,
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly manner,
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station,
• Ensure cash drawers balance at the end of each shift,
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service,
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, Provide training and guidance to cashiers etc.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Accounting / Banking and Finance from any of the recognized tertiary institutions in Nigeria
• 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must have previously worked as a lead cashier.
