Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the retail fashion store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and replenishment to meet customer demand.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive store appearance through effective visual merchandising and displays.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Staff Development: Train, coach, and develop store staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, as well as analyze sales data to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND, OND or B.Sc qualification with 3 - 4 years work experience.
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fashion and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / month.
