Job Description

• We are seeking passionate and dedicated English Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that encourages students to explore the English language, literature, and its cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational objectives.
• Cultivate an inclusive and supportive online classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various evaluation methods, including exams, assignments, and presentations.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enrich the learning experience and make lessons interactive.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in English education and incorporate relevant teaching methodologies into your lessons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, demonstrating a strong command of the language.
• Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and proficiency in educational technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / month.
