We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: NIP Fund Transfer Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to all queries from clients on dispute issues and ensure they resolve promptly.
• Attending to all transfer related enquiries from banks.
• Ensure customers’ complaints are properly reviewed before engaging the banks.
• Request for daily NIP reports from the respective units
• Follow up on the status of all transactions treated to ensure that they are all successfully processed into beneficiary’s accounts.
• Engaging NIBSS for status confirmations of claims.
• Maintain a proper record of all transactions disputed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in NIP Fund Transfer.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
