Job Title: Fashion House Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Report: Directly to the Chief Executive Officer

Job Description

• Oversee teams of tailors and manage other staff members,
• Maintain business operations, and work with clients
• Oversee projects and carry out quality control
• Daily stock taking of fabrics and ready to wear outfits.
• Manage the day-to-day activity of the business without supervision.
• Supervise and work with other members of staff.
• Create designs (a plus but optional) and take measurements of customers.
• Supervise tailors to ensure quality assurance (Quality control).
• Research fashion trends and be active on social media.
• Oversee production of ready-to-wear and bespoke clothing from point A to Z.
• Stay abreast of various contemporary styles.
• Create illustrations, prototypes, and sketches(a plus but optional).
• Choose materials and sources for the market when necessary.
• Keep track of inventory at all times in order to avoid setbacks due to shortages.
• Willing to represent or be the face of the brand whenever necessary.
• Carry out home service when necessary
• Run errands for the MD when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Educational qualification: OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree.
• Should have minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Admin role or social media manager
• Must be good with the color combination, complexion and size fit Should be able to sketch (for retail and bespoke wear, a plus but optional)
• Must be assertive and able to guide others.
• Must possess basic organizational skills to keep the show rooms , tailors factory, storage and other spaces in order.
• Must reside on the Island(close proximity to business location).
• Must be professional at all times
• Must be able to manage social media platforms.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook to a satisfactory level.
• Must be able to manage dairy and keep books accommodation
• Must be a fashion enthusiast
• Must be fluent in english and express self articulately.
• Must have good communication and customer skills
• Must be young and vibrant.

Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly.
