They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Maintenance Technician

Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description & Requirements
We seek experienced technical electrician with knowledge and practice of general electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate should posses the following:

• A graduate of Electrical Engineering from any of the recognized universities in Nigeria
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Must have previously or currently working as a general maintenance officer in a reputable organization with practical knowlegde of;
• Installation of appliances and equipment, Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm),
• Perform the work of a lead worker, checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Equipment with basic plumbing skills; collecting and removing waste;
• Performing simple repairs;
• Assisting with technical repairs;
• Recording inventory of supplies and materials;
• Securing and monitoring buildings and property and conducting daily site patrols.
• Performs variety of basic tasks.
• Must be resident of Lagos State precisely Festac location.
