Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Onboard new patients for the clinic
• Follow up with new patients via phone calls, emails and any approved communication channels.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Establish and consolidate existing Blanche health clients and new clients relationship
• Conduct customer surveys regularly
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Welcome clients to the clinic in an orderly and polite manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N65,000 Monthly.
