We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development & Customer Support Officer

Location: Ikorodu Road - Maryland, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm with 60 minutes for lunch
Reports to:Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients,strategic partners and key Stakeholders
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships based on strategic fit,market potential,profitability and risk analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance and operations,to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics,and competitor activities.
  • Analyze Market data and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Provide support to the sales team by participating in client meetings,offering subject matter expertise, and assisting in closing sales deals.
  • Attending industry events assigned.
  • Provide assistance to the CEO in areas concerning business growth.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of Two years experience

Competency Requirements:

  • Have a strong communication skillset. This includes effective verbal and written communication
  • Possess strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and be empathetic.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Possess the ability to analyze data, identify trends,and propose effective solutions.
