We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working days: Monday - Saturday (7:30 - 5pm daily)

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess NCE / OND qualifications with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
• The interested candidate should have a strong communication ability
• The interested candidate must be able to negotiate with the customers
• The interested candidate must be able to track waybill from any part of the state to his final destinations
• The interested candidate must be able to keep proper record accountability
• The interested candidate should be able to control riders from day to day delivery
• The interested candidate must be able to give daily, weekly and monthly report
• The interested candidate must leave around Meiran, Abule Egba, Ijaiye, Command, Alakuko and its environment
• The interested candidate must ready to resume work immediately.
