Job Description

• We are looking for an Inventory Officer to join our team. The suitable candidate will oversee Inventory and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
• The Inventory officer’s responsibilities include; Sourcing & maintaining supply relationship, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of inventory using ERP software.
• Preparing plans for the purchases and supplies.
• Review, compare, analyze, and approve products to be purchased.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
• Identify customers preference
• Carryout inventory reconciliation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and negotiatingskills.
• Administrative skills
• Attention to detail.
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Basic numerical skills.
